Effective date: August 15, 2026. By using StopwatchKit Pro, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that the service provides informational timing tools, simulated data, and educational regulatory summaries.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use StopwatchKit Pro for lawful sports timing, coaching, officiating education, match planning, score simulation, and statistical analysis. You may not use the site to misrepresent official match authority, interfere with competitions, scrape or overload the service, distribute malware, or violate league, broadcaster, data provider, or intellectual property rights.

2. Sports Timing & Scores Disclaimer

StopwatchKit Pro is not an official referee, league, broadcaster, sportsbook, or data provider. Simulated match clocks, standings, scores, and event logs are for informational and demonstration purposes unless expressly labeled as licensed official data. Stoppage-time calculations are estimates; only the appointed match officials control official time.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The StopwatchKit Pro name, layout, copy, visual styling, timing workflows, and original code are owned by StopwatchKit Pro or its licensors. Third-party league names, club names, rules references, broadcaster names, and regulatory terms remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced nominatively or descriptively where applicable.

4. Fair Use Sports Data Disclaimers

The site may discuss public match metadata, timing concepts, regulatory categories, and statistical examples under fair-use and informational principles. StopwatchKit Pro does not grant users the right to republish proprietary live data feeds, broadcast graphics, video streams, logos, or copyrighted database content without permission from the appropriate rights holder.

5. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The tools are provided as-is. We work to make timers reliable, but browser conditions, device sleep settings, network state, and user inputs can affect perceived accuracy. StopwatchKit Pro is not liable for decisions, losses, or disputes arising from reliance on estimated, simulated, or educational data.

6. Updates

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.
